Senior Marketing Manager: B2B - Industrial Products

Location: Pune (with ~30% travel to Factory locations, client sites, and events)

Reports to: Director Marketing

Role Purpose

Seeking a results‑oriented marketing professional to lead and execute brand, lead generation, and campaign initiatives for a growing B2B industrial player. The role involves managing vendors, coordinating digital and offline activities, and ensuring measurable marketing ROI. The candidate will work closely with the Director Sales and other senior management stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop annual marketing calendars and track budget usage.
  • Manage SEO, Google Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns with agency support.
  • Create and coordinate product brochures, presentations, and case studies.
  • Plan and execute trade show participation, conferences, and client events.
  • Oversee video production for product showcases and client testimonials.
  • Maintain active social media posting and engagement.
  • Manage CRM updates, campaign reports, and basic marketing automation.
  • Handle ad‑hoc marketing projects and PR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Director Sales and other management members to ensure marketing supports sales strategies and corporate goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA/Graduate in Marketing or related field.
  • 5-7 years’ experience in B2B or industrial marketing.
  • Strong communication, vendor management, and project coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools.

Travel Requirement~30% travel to Factory location, client sites, and events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
