We’re rapidly growing and expanding our digital footprint. As part of this growth, we’re seeking a Senior Manager – Performance Marketing to lead our paid media strategy and drive measurable business impact across multiple digital channels.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Performance Marketing Leader with 8–10 years of experience in paid media, ideally within the B2B or healthcare technology space. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, strong analytical capabilities, and a proven ability to scale high-performing campaigns that generate qualified leads and pipeline growth.

This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and can collaborate cross-functionally with sales, content, and leadership teams to align marketing performance with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube.
  • Develop and refine audience targeting strategies for U.S. healthcare markets to maximize efficiency and ROI.
  • Manage and optimize large-scale advertising budgets with a focus on lead quality, conversion rate, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns that target key healthcare organizations.
  • Implement performance measurement frameworks — tracking key metrics such as CAC, CPL, MQLs, SQLs, and ROI.
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations teams to align campaigns with lead generation goals and conversion strategies.
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for digital performance marketing, advising internal stakeholders on emerging trends and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving advertising technologies, analytics tools, and digital innovations in healthcare marketing.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 8–10 years in performance marketing, with proven success in B2B or healthcare campaigns.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools

  • Creative Skills:
  • Ability to craft effective ad creatives and messaging aligned with brand tone and compliance standards.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and data-driven content.
  • Education: MBA or relevant degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Certifications in Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, or Meta Blueprint; experience with ABM platforms such as Demandbase or 6Sense.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
