The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven Sr. Marketing Manager to lead Marketlab’s Demand Generation and Marketing Operations functions. This is a high-impact role responsible for building and optimizing the programs, systems, and processes that fuel our marketing engine.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this leader will own the strategy and execution of campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across key healthcare audiences—while ensuring operational excellence through strong marketing automation, data governance, and reporting practices.
The Sr. Marketing Manager will oversee campaign performance across email, digital advertising, and social channels; manage our marketing technology stack, including Marketo; and deliver insights that demonstrate marketing’s impact on revenue. This role also leads a Marketing Project Manager to ensure cross-functional alignment and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Do:
Build a Scalable Demand Generation Engine
- Design and implement a repeatable campaign framework that drives awareness, engagement, and qualified leads across key verticals.
Launch at least three integrated campaigns with measurable pipeline impact.
Advance Marketing Operations Maturity
- Audit and optimize Marketo programs, data flows, and integrations to improve speed, accuracy, and performance visibility.
Establish governance for UTMs, vanity URLs, and lead source tracking to enable better attribution.
Enhance Marketing’s Reporting and Insight Capabilities
- Develop consistent reporting dashboards that tie marketing activity to pipeline, lead quality, and conversion metrics.
Implement performance reviews by channel and campaign to drive quarterly optimization.
Strengthen Cross-Functional Collaboration and Alignment
- Improve coordination between marketing, sales, and product teams through shared campaign planning and feedback loops.
Lead the marketing project management function to ensure on-time, high-quality execution of cross-functional initiatives.
Elevate Brand Presence and Channel Performance
- Increase engagement and conversion rates across email, paid media, and social channels through improved targeting and creative testing.
Build a cohesive annual marketing calendar that connects campaigns, content, and sales enablement efforts.
Establish Account-Based Marketing Framework
- Partner with sales and product marketing to pilot an ABM program for priority accounts, defining audience segmentation, content strategy, and success metrics.
What You’ll Need
The ideal candidate will have:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation, marketing operations, or campaign strategy
- Proven experience managing Marketo (or similar marketing automation platform), including campaign design, execution, and reporting
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and how marketing automation integrates with sales processes (Salesforce, Hubspot, NetSuite, or similar)
- Experience building and tracking multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, social, ABM) with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue
- High proficiency in marketing analytics and data interpretation, with the ability to translate insights into action
- Demonstrated success in process optimization and marketing governance, including data management, UTM tracking, and lead flow
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Experience managing or mentoring team members in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Exceptional attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through
