Job Summary

As our Senior Marketing Manager, you will be the creative powerhouse behind our company's brand presence across print, digital, and social channels. This multifaceted role combines strategic marketing leadership with hands-on production and agent support—you'll oversee new agent onboarding, manage in-house production equipment, serve as the primary liaison between agents and our technology platforms, and mentor our team on marketing best practices. Your creativity, technical skills, and passion for growth will help elevate our brand while directly supporting our agents' individual success.

What You'll Do

Marketing & Brand Management:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across print, digital, and social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth
  • Create compelling, on-brand content quickly and efficiently using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, including graphics, videos, flyers, and social media posts
  • Manage and optimize our presence across all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Implement SEO strategies and conduct keyword research to improve online visibility and website traffic
  • Handle basic web design tasks and website updates to maintain a fresh, engaging online presence
  • Coordinate print marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across all channels

Production & Equipment Management:

  • Operate and maintain Fiery system for high-quality print job management and color calibration
  • Run production printer to produce marketing materials, brochures, business cards, and other print collateral
  • Operate embroidery equipment for branded merchandise and promotional items
  • Manage sign printer for creating signage, banners, and large-format materials
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance to ensure continuous operation
  • Manage production workflow and prioritize print jobs efficiently

Agent Onboarding & Support:

  • Lead new agent onboarding: Guide new agents through our marketing systems, brand guidelines, technology platforms, and available resources
  • Serve as technology liaison: Act as the go-to expert and point of contact for all brand and company technology questions, troubleshooting, and training
  • Teach and empower: Lead marketing workshops, training sessions, and seminars for agents on social media best practices, content creation, and digital marketing strategies
  • Provide one-on-one support: Work directly with individual agents to develop their personal brands, marketing plans, and technology proficiency
  • Ensure agents understand and properly utilize company branding, templates, and marketing resources

Analytics & Growth:

  • Monitor performance metrics and analytics to continuously optimize marketing campaigns and ROI
  • Stay ahead of marketing trends and bring innovative ideas that drive growth
  • Track agent engagement with marketing resources and identify areas for additional training or support

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation
  • Advanced proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Strong working knowledge of all major social media platforms and their best practices
  • Understanding of SEO principles and basic web design
  • Experience with production printing equipment and print production workflows
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for teaching, training, and onboarding
  • Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn new platforms and troubleshoot technology issues
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset and ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, production deadlines, agent requests, and onboarding schedules simultaneously
  • Patient and approachable demeanor for supporting agents of varying technical skill levels

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Fiery print servers and color management systems
  • Familiarity with embroidery digitizing software and equipment operation
  • Knowledge of large-format/sign printing processes and materials
  • Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and data-driven marketing decisions
  • Video editing skills for creating engaging multimedia content and training tutorials
  • Experience in real estate, insurance, or agent-based business models
  • Background in training, teaching, or employee onboarding
  • Knowledge of Facebook Ads and paid social media campaigns
  • Photography skills to support visual content needs
  • Experience with CRM systems and other business technology platforms
