The team develops and executes marketing strategies for various business channels in the region, working in close partnership with Distribution, Investments, and broader APAC Marketing teams.As a lean and collaborative team, we value accountability, adaptability, and partnership. About your role We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that promote Fidelity International's products and solutions in South East Asia. This role requires a well-rounded marketer with strong financial product knowledge and experience delivering multi-channel campaigns in the financial sector.The ideal candidate will bring creativity, a hands-on approach, and a growth mindset, combined with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. In addition, the ability to translate data and performance metrics into actionable insights, and to represent Marketing effectively with stakeholders, will also be important. About you Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver multi-channel and integrated marketing campaigns (above-the-line, below-the-line, digital and events) aligned to business objectives and client needs across a wide range of products and solutions Drive brand building and awareness in B2B and B2B2C markets through campaigns and initiatives across multiple touchpoints Support distributor partner activations and client engagement events across SEA markets for Wholesale and Private Banking distribution channels Partner with internal teams to ensure website pages and client communications (e.g. EDMs) are accurate and aligned with marketing needs - including campaign page updates, insight articles, and other BAU digital initiatives Manage campaign reporting and KPIs, translating analytics and attribution into actionable insights that inform business decisions Support Head of Marketing to manage the SEA marketing budget Participate in APAC-wide marketing projects ensuring that SEA marketing needs are represented Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, acting as a persuasive but collaborative partner to influence outcomes in line with marketing and business prioritiesSkills and Experience: 8+ years of marketing experience in the investment funds industry (asset management or related financial services) Able to work independently while thriving in a team environment - collaborative and comfortable working across functions and geographies Proven track record in delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns with measurable results Strong understanding of marketing attribution, measurement, and analytics, with a conversion-focused mindset Excellent organisation skills, able to manage multiple complex tasks and priorities concurrently Exceptional communication skills, with excellent command of written and spoken English Feel rewarded For starters, we'll offer you a comprehensive benefits package.
