Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Senior Marketing Manager with over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. The role involves leading marketing initiatives, driving brand visibility, and executing growth strategies for technology-driven products and services. Experience in industrial or food process automation will be considered an added advantage but is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to position the company’s IT products and services in competitive markets.
• Drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer engagement across digital and offline channels.
• Collaborate with sales, product and technical teams to design go-to-market (GTM) strategies for software, automation and digital transformation solutions.
• Plan and execute campaigns, product launches and promotional events to strengthen market presence.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions.
• Manage digital marketing, PR and corporate communications for both domestic and international markets.
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners and industry stakeholders to enhance brand credibility.
• Lead, mentor, and guide the marketing team to meet organizational objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 15+ years of proven experience in marketing within the IT or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing, brand strategy and demand generation.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking and leadership abilities.
