Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing professional to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand growth, managing campaigns, and analyzing market trends to position the company as a leader in the honey and natural products industry.

Key Responsibilities

·        Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.

·        Manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns.

·        Analyze market trends and competitor activity.

·        Collaborate with sales and product teams to align strategies.

·        Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional activities.

·        Track and report campaign performance metrics.

·        Build partnerships with influencers and stakeholders.

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

·        5+ years of experience in marketing or a similar role.

·        Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.

·        Excellent communication and leadership skills.

·        Experience in FMCG or food-related industries is a plus.

·        Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
