Senior Marketing Manager

About the Role:
VG Clima HVAC & Climate Control Solutions W.L.L. is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager (HVAC & Engineering Solutions) to lead marketing strategy, product positioning, and business growth initiatives in Kuwait City. This role focuses on driving demand for HVAC systems, climate control technologies, and engineering solutions through B2B and project-based marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy Leadership: Develop and execute marketing strategies for HVAC and engineering solutions
• Product Marketing: Position HVAC systems, climate control solutions, and engineering services in competitive markets
• B2B Lead Generation: Drive client acquisition, project leads, and business development opportunities
• Technical Marketing: Translate engineering solutions into marketable value propositions
• Market Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis, pricing strategy, and industry research
• Brand Development: Strengthen brand presence in construction, engineering, and industrial sectors
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with sales teams, engineers, and executive leadership
• Team Leadership: Lead marketing specialists, coordinators, and business development teams

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Senior-level experience in marketing, preferably in HVAC, engineering, or industrial solutions
• Skills: Strong B2B marketing, technical marketing, and strategic planning capabilities
• Education: Degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in HVAC systems, construction, or engineering services
• Leadership: Ability to manage marketing teams and drive revenue-focused strategies
