Senior Marketing Manager (360° / Fashion / DTC)

Our client, a prestige fashion accessories brand, is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to own the integrated marketing calendar and 360° launch strategy across all channels and partners.

You'll own the message and timing; each partner (PR, paid, social, affiliates) owns their channel performance. This is a brand operator role, not a performance marketing role.


Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the integrated marketing calendar across product launches, creative, channels, and seasonal priorities
  • Own 360° launch strategy from headline development through approved copy dossiers and asset packages
  • Write and approve campaign copy, headlines, and channel-ready content; serve as the brand's primary copy owner
  • Brief and direct creative, agency, PR, and production partners
  • Partner with Product Design on product messaging and PDP content
  • Mine consumer data (Decile) to inform campaign and retention strategy
  • Identify and develop brand partnerships — collabs, giveaways, joint activations
  • Provide direction and approve content for the Social Media partner
  • Manage campaign budgets and lead cross-functional kick-offs


Requirements

  • 6–10 years in integrated marketing, brand marketing, or campaign management
  • DTC, ecommerce, or fashion/lifestyle experience
  • Strong copywriting portfolio
  • Track record owning 360° campaigns end-to-end
  • Agency management experience
  • Brand partnerships/collabs experience
  • Consumer data fluency
  • Prestige fashion, accessories, or lifestyle experience strongly preferred


Tech: Shopify, Decile, Asana, Meta/Google/Pinterest, Figma a plus
