Job Summary:
To plan, coordinate, and execute marketing activities that strengthen the company’s automotive brand presence, drive sales leads, and enhance customer engagement across digital and traditional platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning

Support in developing and implementing annual marketing plans aligned with sales objectives.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend tracking to identify opportunities.

Assist in defining target audiences and tailoring campaigns accordingly.
Brand Management
-
Maintain consistency of brand image across all online and offline channels.

Support new model launches, branding campaigns, and promotional activities.
Digital Marketing
-
Execute digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and other online platforms.

Manage social media content, website updates, and online vehicle listings.

Track campaign performance, lead generation, and digital analytics (CTR, conversions).
CRM & Customer Data

Ensure accurate entry and segmentation of customer data in the CRM system.

Monitor lead flow, follow-up quality, and conversion performance.

Provide insights to improve customer retention and re-engagement.
Events & Offline Marketing

Organize and coordinate showroom events, test-drive days, and sponsorships.

Liaise with agencies, suppliers, and media for campaign execution.
Sales Support

Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and measure marketing ROI.

Develop promotional materials and assist in lead nurturing campaigns.
Reporting & Analytics

Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and competitor benchmarking.

Track KPIs including lead conversion, campaign ROI, and customer engagement metrics.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Minimum 4–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in the automotive sector.

Strong knowledge of digital platforms, CRM systems, and marketing analytics.

Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
