We are seeking an experienced and growth-focused Senior Marketing Manager to lead our D2C and e-commerce marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in FMCG and Beauty/Personal Care, combined with proven success in social media marketing, influencer collaborations, funnel-based advertising, content strategy, and marketplace management. This role requires a hands-on marketer who can own the full customer journey from awareness to retention while driving measurable growth across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a high-impact D2C marketing strategy across all digital channels.
- Plan and manage annual/quarterly budgets, forecasts, and performance targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, design, and operations teams.
- Lead content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
- Oversee content creation, storytelling, and brand positioning tailored to FMCG/beauty audiences.
- Build and manage influencer marketing campaigns, from outreach to negotiation and performance tracking.
- Track ROI and optimize influencer partnerships based on data.
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance ads across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other ad platforms.
- Implement full-funnel ad strategies—awareness, consideration, retargeting—to improve CAC and LTV.
- Oversee marketplace advertising (sponsored ads, display ads) to boost visibility and sales.
- Analyze marketplace performance dashboards and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Build automated customer journeys and segmentation strategies to increase repeat purchases.
- Monitor LTV, churn, and repeat rate to guide long-term retention strategy.
- Use analytics tools (GA4, Shopify, marketplace dashboards, CRM tools) to guide strategy.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in E-commerce/D2C marketing.
- Experience in FMCG and Beauty/Personal Care industries is highly preferred.
- Proven expertise in Social media marketing, Influencer marketing, Funnel-based performance ads, Content & media management, Marketplace management (listings, ads, catalog)
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.\
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with creative agencies, influencer platforms, or affiliate networks.
