Sr Marketing Manager

Pushly collaborates with its partners to create custom features, creative content strategies, and brand initiatives, setting the stage for unprecedented growth.
Pushly's platform enables partners to communicate with subscribers on desktop and mobile devices. Using push notifications, publishers and brands generate increased content views, lift product sales and paid site subscriptions, and drive successful audience/customer retention campaigns. Visitors can become Pushly Push Notification subscribers without downloading an app, submitting an email address, or providing personally identifiable information.
The Senior Marketing Manager will be remote and reports to the Head of Product. The role also will work closely with the CEO, Sales, Account Management and Product teams.
Your Role and Impact
- Marketing Strategy and Execution: Own the development and execution of data-driven, AI-informed marketing strategies that drive awareness, demand, and revenue. Leverage analytics, experimentation, and automation to continuously optimize performance across channels.
- Brand Presence and Reputation Management: Build, expand, and protect Pushly’s brand across digital channels, including the website, social media, email, web advertising, LinkedIn, and public platforms, ensuring consistent messaging, strong market positioning, and measurable impact.
- Website and Digital Performance: Own Pushly’s website performance and digital presence, delivering a high-conversion, high-impact experience that supports growth and sales objectives.
- Content and Narrative Development: Create and deploy compelling content across digital and traditional channels, including messaging frameworks, thought leadership, case studies, and customer stories.
- Sales Enablement: Develop high-impact sales assets such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, testimonials, and competitive battle cards that clearly articulate Pushly’s value and differentiation.
- Event and Field Marketing: Identify, prioritize, and activate relevant industry events, conferences, and partner opportunities to support outbound and inbound growth initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Account Management to align marketing strategy with product capabilities, customer needs, and revenue goals.
- Market and Trend Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and evolving marketing best practices to inform strategy and execution.
- Additional Responsibilities: Support marketing events, cross-functional initiatives, and evolving company priorities as Pushly continues to scale.
What You Need
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and brand management within technology or ecommerce.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing platforms such as HubSpot, G2, and analytics tools, with strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance creativity and execution.
