Job Description – Senior Marketing Manager

Role Overview:
The Senior Marketing Manager will lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen brand positioning, drive room revenue, enhance F&B visibility, and promote luxury experiences of the hotel. The role requires strong expertise in hospitality marketing, digital strategy, and brand management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage brand positioning, advertising, PR, and communication for the hotel.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives including social media, website, SEO/SEM, and online campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales, revenue management, and operations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and events.
- Manage agency partnerships, influencers, and media relations.
- Monitor marketing budgets, ROI, and campaign performance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or relevant field.
- 8–12 years of experience in marketing, preferably in luxury or 5-star hospitality.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
