Job Description – Senior Marketing Manager

Location: Dehradun
Industry: Hospitality / Luxury Hotel

Role Overview:
The Senior Marketing Manager will lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen brand positioning, drive room revenue, enhance F&B visibility, and promote luxury experiences of the hotel. The role requires strong expertise in hospitality marketing, digital strategy, and brand management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage brand positioning, advertising, PR, and communication for the hotel.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives including social media, website, SEO/SEM, and online campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales, revenue management, and operations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and events.
  • Manage agency partnerships, influencers, and media relations.
  • Monitor marketing budgets, ROI, and campaign performance.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or relevant field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in marketing, preferably in luxury or 5-star hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
