Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field,
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand management, or product marketing,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Turkish,
• Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns,
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and drive actionable insights,
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms,
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously,
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and external agencies/vendors,
• Passion for design, innovation, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing annual marketing plans aligned with the company’s business objectives,
• Creating and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, event, PR, and more),
• Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels,
• Collaborating with product, sales, and design teams to create impactful go-to-market strategies,
• Managing relationships with creative, media, and digital agencies,
• Analyzing campaign performance and market trends to optimize marketing strategies,
• Overseeing the production of marketing collateral, promotional materials, and content,
• Supporting participation in trade fairs, events, and industry-specific marketing activities,
• Monitoring competitors’ marketing activities and identifying growth opportunities,

Driving lead generation efforts through targeted marketing initiatives.
