As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing strategies that align with our AI-driven service model, leveraging data, automation, and advanced marketing tools to enhance campaign performance. This role requires a strong strategic mindset, hands-on execution skills, and the ability to integrate creative content with performance-focused marketing in an AI-enabled environment.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising & Strategic Planning
- Develop advanced advertising strategies for Google, TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat.
- Lead quarterly and annual marketing planning aligned with business targets.
- Define media budgets, forecast performance, and set measurable KPIs.
- Conduct in-depth audience segmentation, competitor analytics, and market research.
- Launch, optimize, and scale multi-platform paid campaigns.
- Implement A/B and multivariate tests for creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
- Oversee full campaign funnel from awareness to conversion.
- Monitor daily performance metrics including CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPL, and conversion rate.
- Generate detailed performance dashboards and present insights to management.
- Coordinate with sales and management to align campaigns with revenue goals.
- Identify new advertising opportunities and emerging platform tools, including AI-based tools.
Creative & Production
- Design high-quality graphics for ads, landing pages, and social campaigns.
- Produce motion graphic videos and short-form promotional content.
- Edit visuals and videos based on brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Develop creative concepts, ad copy, and visual direction for campaigns.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all creative materials.
Content & Social Media Management
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars for social media platforms.
- Write clear, persuasive, and engaging content for captions, scripts, ads, and landing pages.
- Develop storytelling-based content to enhance brand identity and engagement.
- Work with influencers or creators when needed to support campaigns.
- Conduct hashtag research, trend analysis, and audience insights for content optimization.
- Monitor social media performance and suggest improvement strategies.
- Assist in community management by responding to comments, inquiries, and messages professionally.
- Optimize content for conversion, engagement, and retention.
Senior-Level Leadership & Optimization
- Mentor and guide junior team members when applicable.
- Recommend improvements in marketing processes, tools, and workflows.
- Lead brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas and creative direction.
- Evaluate new technologies, AI tools, and platforms that can improve performance.
- Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and brand standards.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and priorities across multiple projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in paid advertising across Google, TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat.
- Strong knowledge of media buying, funnel strategy, and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience in motion graphics and video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere).
- Strong writing and content development skills.
- Analytical mindset with advanced reporting and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to work on-site full-time.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with AI tools or willingness to adapt to AI-driven workflows is a plus.
Compensation & Work Terms
- Monthly salary: 7,000 SAR.
- 8-hour workday.
- On-site position.
- 1% bonus upon achieving monthly sales target.
- First 10 days will be a trial period without salary.
