Senior Marketing Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Marketing Specialist based in Kuwait City. The individual will oversee the development and execution of effective marketing strategies to drive business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting in-depth market research, managing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies with business goals. The position also involves fostering strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities for enhancing customer experience, brand positioning, and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Expertise in Market Research and gathering data to inform business strategies and decision-making
• Proficiency in Marketing Strategy development and creating comprehensive plans to meet organizational goals
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service to drive marketing efforts and prioritize customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and achieve results within deadlines
• Proficiency with marketing tools, software, and CRM platforms is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the automotive or related industries is considered beneficial
