Marketing Specialist (AI Tools) – Dubai

We're a fast-moving team looking for a creative, curious marketer who loves experimenting with AI tools to produce better work faster. Whether you come from a marketing background, a creative background, or you're simply someone who has taught yourself digital marketing — if you're passionate about AI and know how to get results, we want to hear from you.

JOB TYPE: Full-time | On-site – Dubai

THE ONE THING THAT MATTERS MOST — AI FLUENCY:

We care more about what you can do with AI than how many years of experience you have. Tools we use and love:

• ChatGPT / Claude – writing, strategy, research
• Midjourney / DALL·E – visuals and creative concepts
• Runway / AI video tools – content production
• AI ad creative tools
• Prompt engineering

No formal degree required — show us what you've built with AI and we'll be impressed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Help plan and run marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid channels
• Use AI tools to create content, ad copy, visuals, and videos — faster and smarter
• Write and edit copy for ads, posts, and campaigns (AI-assisted is totally fine)
• Track results and suggest improvements based on what's working
• Coordinate with designers and freelancers to get things done on time
• Bring new ideas, tools, and creative approaches to the team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Comfortable using AI tools regularly — ChatGPT, image generators, video AI, etc.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing — social media, ads, or content
• Good written communication in English
• Organized, proactive, and reliable
• Eager to learn and keep up with fast-changing trends
• Can manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball

A PLUS, BUT NOT REQUIRED:

• E-commerce experience
• Paid ads experience (Meta / TikTok / Google)
• Basic design or video editing skills

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
