Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns
- Manage social media, email marketing, paid ads, and website content
- Produce marketing materials (brochures, presentations, signage, videos)
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize results
- Collaborate with sales teams and external vendors
- Conduct market research and maintain brand consistency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate industry (residential, commercial, or property development).
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM systems, email platforms).
- Experience with creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with reporting dashboards (Google Analytics, CRM analytics, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends and buyer behavior.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
