Senior Mechanic Technician

12V Electrical experience and Welding/Fabricating is a requirement. We are in need of a well-rounded senior service technician for a growing company in Durham. Candidates should possess some of the below qualifications. We are looking for an individual that is driven and goal oriented, looking for someone who has pride in their work. Must be willing to adapt and create good relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Perform upfits and modifications on anything from pick-up trucks to box and dump trucks.
• Welding/Fabrication
• Hydraulic work
• Install and repair snow plows
• Install and repair liftgates
• 12V Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
• Install aftermarket equipment on vehicles
• Repair damaged truck boxes and bodies

Requirements:

• Must be familiar with shop work and shop equipment.
• Welding Experience 5+ years
• Mechanic/Equipment Repair 7+ years
• 12V Electrical Diagnostics
• Good set of tools
• Experience working on truck bodies is preferred
• Hydraulic Experience
• PTO Experience
