As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be leading one or more systems/elements within the AMR product portfolio such as sub-components, chassis, drive units, sensor integration, attachment designs and simulations and analysis.

What You’ll Do Day-to-day

• Contribute to construct product/project requirements before and during the design process
• Design electromechanical structures considering power, torque, speed, dynamic stability, traction and strength considerations and life expectancies
• Cross communication with hardware and software teams to provide the optimum performance finding the State of Art applications for sensor technologies
• Meet and/or exceed customer/market expectations with regards to program Quality, Function, and Cost
• Self-starter with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks w/ minimal direction.
• Follow trends & innovative technologies in the industry and realizing benchmark activities.
• Work independently and align with dynamic project goals.
• Prepare necessary documents for production, assembly, quality and maintenance processes
  
  

What You’ll Bring To Our Team

• 5+ years of experience in the development and design of products.
• A deep hunger to learn and grow, with a willingness to experiment in order to learn new things and the ability to awaken that curiosity in others.
• The ability to think holistically, recognize patterns, and make imaginative leaps based on those patterns.
• A proactive approach, following all steps of the product design/life cycle for continuous improvement in the product and design process.
• No travel restrictions to domestic and international locations, with the ability to work with global customers/partners and to travel.
• Advanced proficiency in both written and verbal English & Turkish.
• Experience working with SolidWorks or other similar CAD software.
• Broader knowledge in simulation and analysis software.
• Strong theoretical knowledge in engineering calculations, modeling, and application processes.
