Senior Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Review Mechanical and Electrical drawings and identify list of materials.
• describe the different types of materials used in construction projects.
• Prepares and reviews Mechanical and Electrical specifications for projects.
• prepare and analyze project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labor and time.
• Maintain material suppliers’ database
• Assess tender documents to ensure sufficient information available to prepare tender
• support in quantity surveying tasks, and prepare bill of quantities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience (preferably in the UAE/GCC).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and building services systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP.
• Solid understanding of ASHRAE, NFPA, and international mechanical codes.
• Must be experience in Design as a Mandatory.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of UAE building regulations (advantage if applying in UAE).
