Senior Mechanical Engineer

Looking for immediately available Senior Mechanical Engineers in Dubai to join an established Engineering Consultancy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop sustainable building services and mechanical system designs (HVAC, plumbing, stormwater, irrigation, gas).
• Produce and evaluate detailed HVAC designs to international standards (BS, ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, IMC).
• Conduct engineering studies, feasibility analyses, conceptual/final designs, cost estimates, and supporting calculations.
• Prepare mechanical calculations, review design proposals, drawings, and specifications to ensure feasibility and compliance.
• Create complete mechanical technical drawings (HVAC, water, drainage, irrigation, fire-fighting) from concept to tender stage using AutoCAD.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Support on-site supervision, work extended hours when required, and collaborate professionally with clients.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 8-12+ years of relevant experience in building services design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with international design standards and codes.
