Senior Mechanical Engineer

 Design, analyze, and test mechanical systems, components, and products.

 Conduct simulations and analyze results to improve designs.

 Collaborate with other engineering disciplines (electrical, software, etc.) to ensure design integration and optimization.

 Create technical drawings, specifications, and 3D models using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software).

 Perform calculations for structural integrity, material selection, and thermal dynamics.

 Develop prototypes, run tests, and make adjustments as needed.

 Troubleshoot mechanical systems and provide solutions to engineering problems.

 Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes.

 Support the manufacturing and production teams in the development of product assemblies.

 Provide technical support during product life cycle, including post-production.

 Communicate findings and design changes with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in mechanical design or development.

 Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.)

 Strong understanding of materials, thermodynamics, and mechanical principles.

 Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

 Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (ISO, ASME, etc.).
