Senior Mechanical Engineer ( Grade A)

We are seeking a highly experienced and licensed Senior Mechanical Engineer (Grade A) to lead the design, execution, and supervision of complex mechanical engineering projects. The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in delivering large-scale industrial, infrastructure, or building services projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, review, and approval of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, piping, and industrial systems).
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and engineering calculations.
• Oversee project execution to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to project teams.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including civil, electrical, and structural engineers.
• Provide value engineering solutions and cost optimization strategies.
• Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, and material approvals.
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and risk management across projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• Valid Grade A Engineering License/Classification from a recognized engineering authority.
• Minimum 10–12 years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering projects.
• Extensive knowledge of international codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, ISO, etc.).
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, or similar design tools.
