Senior Mechanical Engineer (MEP Construction)

Asian Falcons Engineering Contracting LLC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead and manage MEP construction activities across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all mechanical works including HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire Fighting systems.
• Review project specifications, IFC drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and productivity to achieve project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local authority regulations, and quality standards.
• Attend technical, progress, and coordination meetings.
• Prepare work schedules, progress reports, and material planning.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during project execution.
• Manage testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems.
• Ensure implementation of health, safety, and environmental requirements on site.
• Support project cost control and value engineering initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP Construction Projects.
• Strong experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire Fighting systems.
• Experience in high-rise, commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed-use developments.
• Ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices and authority requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and related engineering software.
• UAE Driving License preferred.

Preferred:

• Immediate Joiners.
• UAE Experience in MEP Contracting Companies.
• Experience handling projects from execution through testing, commissioning, and handover.
