Senior Mechanical Engineer (Static) - Asset Integrity

Penspen www.penspen.com are looking for Senior Mechanical Engineer - Static(Asset Integrity), the position is to be based in Khafji, Saudi Arabia & other locations.

The position is to be based in Khafji, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

To provide adequate support for developing the pipeline integrity management system including but not limited to the following:

a) Data Collection & evaluation related to static equipment.

b) Review of issues related to static equipment & piping integrity and develop mechanical engineering designs for static equipment & Piping.

c) Review of fitness-for-service (FFS) assessments for static equipment and piping based on API 579 and other relevant standards.

d) Review of maintenance strategies for static equipment to ensure reliability and prevent failures.

e) Review of mitigations proposed to static equipment and piping integrity.

f) Participate in RCA, HAZOP studies, audits, and other assessments related to asset integrity.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Year of Experience:

Twelve (12) Years of experience; six (6) within the field of Mechanical Engineering design for major Oil and Gas projects.
