Senior Mechanical HVAC Engineer

AL Enshaa Electromechanical Contg. LLC is a leading Ras Al Khaimah based MEP & Fit Out contracting company delivering high quality projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical HVAC Engineer to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. 5+ years UAE experience is mandatory

High-rise building project experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, load calculations, and ducting/piping design, Fire Fighting, Drainage, Water Supply, and Low Current Systems.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, HVAC design software, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities:

- Design, plan, and supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems for high-rise building projects.

- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs related to HVAC works.

- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and UAE regulations.

- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and progress.

- Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HVAC systems.
