Senior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer

As a Senior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all technical office activities related to mechanical systems within construction or industrial projects. This includes design review, coordination, documentation, and providing technical support to ensure smooth execution of mechanical works in compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate MEP works to meet project deadlines.
• Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and contract documents.
• Prepare RFIs, material submittals, and technical documentation.
• Oversee site execution and ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
• Inspect mechanical works (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting) for quality and functionality.
• Provide technical support and resolve site issues in coordination with consultants.
• Prepare budgets, cost reports, and progress updates.
• Approve contractor payments based on work completion.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent understanding to the construction industry
