We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Media Buyer with a strong understanding of media planning and buying to join our growing marketing agency. Responsibilities
- Media Strategy & Planning Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define objectives, target audiences, and campaign goals.
- Develop integrated media plans that align with client objectives and budgets.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify the most effective media platforms.
- Media Buying & Negotiation Execute and manage media buys across digital and traditional channels. Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive rates and added value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers, media networks, and ad platforms. Campaign Management & Optimization Monitor campaign performance in real time, ensuring KPIs are met.
- Optimize strategies and budgets based on performance data.
- Work closely with the digital team to enhance results across PPC, display, social, and programmatic ads.
- Budget Management Allocate and track media spend to ensure efficiency and ROI. Provide detailed financial and performance reports.
- Coordinate with the finance team to manage invoices and payments. Reporting & Analytics Deliver comprehensive campaign reports with performance insights.
- Analyze KPIs (CPM, CPC, CTR, conversions, etc.) to drive optimization. Present findings and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Market Research & Insights Stay updated on media trends, emerging platforms, and consumer behavior.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation. Recommend innovative media opportunities to keep clients ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in media buying (agency experience preferred).
- Proven expertise in planning and executing campaigns across multiple media channels. Skills: Strong knowledge of local media vendors and pricing structures.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics platforms. Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to measure and optimize campaign performance. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Arabic (English is a plus). Preferred Experience with programmatic advertising and campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with industries such as luxury, clinic, real estate, or hospitality.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
