Senior Media Manager, Paid Social

The Senior Media Manager owns and evolves paid media efforts across key social platforms, while driving forward-thinking testing, innovation, and client storytelling. If you enjoy the "science" of marketing, turning complex data into scalable growth and finding the "win" in every A/B test, then this is the role for you.

What you'll do:

• Lead paid social strategies across Meta and TikTok, balancing hands-on-keys execution with high-level strategy and client storytelling.
• Drive growth for mobile app portfolios, planning and optimizing campaigns to scale installs, user acquisition, and down-funnel in-app revenue.
• Own end-to-end campaign management, including daily pacing, budget allocation, and in-flight optimizations to maximize ROAS.
• Build a structured test-and-learn program across audiences, creative variations, and placements to continuously find the "win".
• Translate complex data into clear performance stories and actionable next steps for clients.
• Collaborate internally with strategy, analytics, and creative teams to align campaign structures with broader client goals.

What you'll bring:

• 4-8+ years of experience in paid social, performance marketing, or digital strategy.
• Deep, recent hands-on expertise optimizing and scaling campaigns within Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Mobile App Exposure (Highly Preferred but Trainable): Experience with or a strong foundational understanding of mobile app growth, user acquisition, or app tracking tools.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Comfort using platform data to spot trends, troubleshoot performance dips, and decide what to test next.
• Client-Facing Confidence: Strong communication skills with the ability to present reports and decks directly to stakeholders.
• No Engineering Required: Familiarity with app measurement/MMPs is a huge plus, but you do not need to be a technical developer or engineer—our data and tech partners have your back.

Perks, Salary & Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - 110,000 USD. This is a good-faith estimate of the base pay scale for this position and any potential offers will ultimately be determined based on experience, education, skill set, and performance in the interview process.
