Position Details:

Position Title: Senior Medical Biller

Experience Required: 2.5 to 3.5 years in medical billing or related field

Department: Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Reports To: Team Lead/Operations Manager

Employment Type: Full Time - Day shift

Job Location: Coimbatore

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end medical billing processes, including claim submission, denial management, and accounts receivable follow-up.
• Ensure accurate coding and compliance with payer guidelines.
• Monitor claim status and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate with insurance companies for claim resolution.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providers, and team members regarding billing issues.
• Prepare periodic reports on billing activities and outcomes.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience: 2.5 to 3.5 years in medical billing, with expertise in claims management and AR follow-up.
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding.
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and medical billing software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
