Senior Medical Esthetician – Laser Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Medical Esthetician with advanced laser expertise to join our distinguished team. This role is designed for a polished professional who embodies excellence, discretion, and a commitment to superior patient outcomes.

Candidate Profile

You are an experienced aesthetic provider who:

• Delivers exceptional, detail-oriented results with consistency
• Possesses advanced knowledge of laser technologies and skin rejuvenation
• Excels in luxury patient experience and consultation
• Maintains a professional, polished presence reflective of a high-end practice

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with medical-grade lasers
• Experience must be within a cosmetic aesthetic clinic or medical spa environment
• Demonstrated expertise in:
• Laser hair removal
• Skin resurfacing and rejuvenation
• Pigmentation and vascular treatments
• Advanced anti-aging procedures

Applicants without the required 5+ years of laser experience in a cosmetic aesthetic setting will not be considered.

Position Details

• Full-Time | 40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Compensation: Starting at $30/hour + performance-based commission, commensurate with experience
• Strong earning potential for top-performing providers
