Senior Medical Relations Executive

We’re looking for a proactive, empathetic, and organized Medical Account Executive to join our Medical Operations team.

In this role, you’ll be the bridge between Shezlong and our therapists ensuring they are recruited, supported, and empowered to deliver exceptional care. You’ll play a key role in growing our therapist network and shaping the quality of mental health services across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard qualified therapists to the platform.
• Act as the main point of contact, offering guidance, support, and orientation.
• Ensure service quality by reviewing client feedback and supporting continuous improvement.
• Oversee smooth transitions for therapists entering, scaling, or exiting the platform.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, pharmaceutical, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in account management, partnerships, therapist relations, or stakeholder engagement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Arabic & English).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.
• Empathy and active listening skills, with sensitivity to therapists’ and clients’ needs.
• Comfortable working with data, MS Office, and digital platforms.

Bonus points if you have a background in healthcare, wellness, or digital health platforms.
