Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Medical sales Representative to spearhead outreach to doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals across Dubai and the UAE. You will play a key role in promoting Nurition's platform, onboarding medical professionals, and educating them on how to use the system to manage supplement orders for their patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach relevant doctors, clinics, and healthcare and wellness professionals to introduce the Nurition platform.
• Build strong relationships and effectively pitch the benefits of using Nurition for patient supplement needs.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and provide training and support to doctors using the platform.
• Act as the main point of contact between Nurition and its medical partners.
• Monitor performance and ensure doctors and trainers are consistently active and earning through the platform.
• Collect market insights and provide feedback to the Nurition team to refine product offerings and user experience.
• Represent the brand professionally, upholding ethical standards and scientific credibility at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a medical representative or in a related healthcare sales role.
• Proven ability to build trust with medical professionals and influence decision-making ideally with existing relationships
• Strong knowledge of nutritional supplements and wellness trends is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in-person and online.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Self-starter with a sales-driven mindset, able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and doctor visits within the UAE.
• Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nutrition, or Healthcare preferred ideally
