Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Achieve and exceed individual membership sales targets.</li><li>Handle membership inquiries.</li><li>Ensure timely follow-up of all leads and accurate CRM records.</li><li>Support and guide junior consultants when needed.</li><li>Conduct professional club tours and consultations.</li><li>Promote long-term memberships and upsell relevant services.</li><li>Coordinate with PT, renewal, and operations teams.</li><li>Maintain high customer service standards and brand professionalism.</li><li>Prepare basic sales reports and feedback for management.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience in the fitness industry is required.</li><li>Arabic language is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
