Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual membership sales targets.
- Handle membership inquiries.
- Ensure timely follow-up of all leads and accurate CRM records.
- Support and guide junior consultants when needed.
- Conduct professional club tours and consultations.
- Promote long-term memberships and upsell relevant services.
- Coordinate with PT, renewal, and operations teams.
- Maintain high customer service standards and brand professionalism.
- Prepare basic sales reports and feedback for management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the fitness industry is required.
- Arabic language is a plus.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
