Are you a strong MEP leader who can bring all systems together?

We are looking for an experienced Senior MEP Coordination Manager to lead MEP coordination for major renovation projects. These projects are high-value and high-visibility.

In this role, you will ensure that Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems work smoothly together. You will guide teams, solve technical issues, and deliver quality results.

Responsibilities

• Lead full MEP coordination for renovation projects
• Review and coordinate MEP drawings and designs
• Ensure smooth integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Work closely with architects, civil teams, and contractors
• Identify and resolve design clashes
• Monitor project progress and site execution
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Guide junior engineers and coordination teams
• Attend client and consultant meetings
• Deliver projects on time and within scope

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical or related field)
• Minimum 12 years of total construction experience
• At least 8 years of MEP coordination experience in major international or regional projects
• Ashghal Renovation Projects Experience is a MUST
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and coordination processes
• Experience in large renovation or design & build projects
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Membership in a chartered professional body is preferred (not mandatory)
• Proven record of successful project delivery
