Senior MEP Engineer

• Design and Technical Review: Review and validate MEP design drawings, shop drawings, technical specifications, and load calculations.
• Site Supervision & Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure MEP installations comply with approved drawings, specs, and safety standards.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local authority requirements including Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA), Dubai Civil Defense (DCD), and Dubai Municipality.
• Coordination & Leadership: Manage MEP sub-contractors, lead coordination meetings, and resolve site clashes between MEP and structural/architectural elements.
• Testing and Commissioning: Monitor functional performance tests for MEP systems and lead the handover process.
• Procurement Support: Prepare material submittals, method statements, and evaluate vendor technical proposals.

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
