About the Role
The role is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and management of dewatering and pumping operations. This role ensures that all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget. The manager will lead a team of technicians and operators, coordinate with other departments, and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Plan, schedule, and oversee dewatering and pumping projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and mentor a team of dewatering and pumping technicians and operators.

Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

Oversee the maintenance and repair of dewatering and pumping equipment.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

Prepare and present regular reports on project status, budget, and performance metrics.

Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, resources, and risk management strategies.

Implement and monitor processes to ensure efficient and effective dewatering and pumping operations.

Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.

Prepare detailed budget reports and financial forecasts for each project.

Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage, maintenance, and repairs.

Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service quality and client satisfaction.

Develop and deliver training programs for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Ensure all necessary documentation for regulatory compliance is up-to-date and accessible.

Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and team performance.

Develop and implement emergency response plans for dewatering and pumping operations.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
Required Skills

Dubai Municipality-qualified FULL MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Engineer.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
