Senior MEP Project Director

We are seeking an experienced Senior MEP Project Director to lead and oversee the full lifecycle delivery of major MEP projects. The role will be responsible for strategic leadership, commercial performance, operational excellence, and client relationship management across multiple high-value projects.

The successful candidate will drive execution from design coordination through commissioning and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for all MEP project operations.
• Oversee multiple project teams and senior site managers.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Manage full P&L responsibility for MEP division/projects.
• Lead commercial strategy, cost control, and contract administration.
• Interface directly with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Approve procurement strategies and major subcontract awards.
• Drive risk management and mitigation planning.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Lead testing, commissioning, and project closeout strategy.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 15–20+ years of MEP construction experience.
• Minimum 7–10 years in senior management or director-level roles.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale projects.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Experience managing multiple project teams.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning capability.
