Senior MEP Quality Engineer ( Residential Construction )

Title: MEP Engineer
Location: Bengaluru and Mumbai
Salary Range: 5 to 8 LPA
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
Department: Quality Control – Third Party Quality Inspection
Experience Required: Minimum 4 to 8 years of site execution & QC experience in High rise residential Projects.

Role Purpose:

Lead the execution and quality assurance of all MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Firefighting), ensuring compliance with project standards, timelines, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee execution of all MEP works at site.

· Review drawings and coordinate with consultants and contractors.

· Conduct inspections and implement QC checks.

· Resolve technical issues and site constraints.

· Prepare daily/weekly progress and inspection reports.

· Supervise testing and commissioning of MEP systems.

· Ensure compliance with statutory codes and safety norms.

· Mentor and guide junior engineers and supervisors.

Skills & Competencies:

· Strong expertise in HVAC, Electrical, Firefighting, Plumbing & ELV systems.

· Good knowledge of IS codes, NBC, safety, and QC procedures.

· Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools.

Qualifications:

· B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

· Minimum 4 to 8 years of site execution & QC experience.

· TPQI (Third-Party Quality Inspection) experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
