Senior MEP Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems.
• Inspect installations and observe operations to ensure compliance with design and equipment specifications and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance checks on all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the work process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an MEP Technician.
• Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and understand complex electrical and mechanical system diagrams.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
