Senior Merchandiser – High Fashion Apparel Manufacturing

We are a high-fashion clothing manufacturer working with premium and trend-driven brands. We are looking for a skilled Senior Merchandiser with 5–6 years of experience to manage end-to-end merchandising operations and ensure timely execution with high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete merchandising process from buyer enquiry to shipment

Coordinate with buyers for sampling, costing, approvals, and order confirmations

Handle fabric and trim sourcing, follow-ups, and approvals

Coordinate with design, production, quality, and logistics teams

Track production timelines and ensure on-time delivery

Maintain quality standards as per buyer requirements

Prepare merchandising reports and documentation

Resolve production and quality issues proactively

Required Skills & Experience:

5–6 years experience as a Merchandiser / Senior Merchandiser in apparel manufacturing

Strong knowledge of high-fashion garments (woven / knit)

Experience working with domestic and/or international buyers

Good understanding of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and finishes

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple styles and tight deadlines

Working knowledge of MS Excel and merchandising systems

Preferred:

Experience with premium, luxury, or fast-fashion brands

Export merchandising exposure

Knowledge of compliance and quality standards
