Senior Merchandiser – Buyer Development

Farishta Export is looking for a result-oriented Merchandiser who can actively develop new buyers and expand our domestic retail business.

This is not a routine coordination role. The selected candidate will be responsible for bringing new business, maintaining strong buyer relationships, and converting opportunities into confirmed orders.

Candidates with prior experience handling buyers such as Zudio, Pantaloons, Easybuy, and Max will be given strong preference.

Core Responsibility: Buyer Acquisition & Business Growth

• Identify and onboard new domestic retail buyers
• Leverage existing buyer network to generate fresh business opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with key retail chains
• Convert sampling discussions into bulk orders
• Negotiate pricing, timelines, and order terms effectively
• Track buyer requirements and market trends
• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth order execution

Additional Responsibilities

• Costing and product development coordination
• Sampling follow-ups and approvals
• Order tracking from development to dispatch
• Ensure on-time delivery and buyer satisfaction
• Maintain margin control and profitability

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
