Senior Merchandising Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Merchandising Manager to lead merchandising strategy, product planning, and category performance for our growing international organization in Kuwait.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional who enjoys driving product performance, improving customer experience, and managing merchandising operations in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in maximizing sales opportunities and supporting business growth through strategic merchandising initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute merchandising and product assortment strategies
• Analyze sales trends, inventory performance, and market demand
• Manage product planning, pricing, and category performance
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams
• Optimize product displays, promotions, and merchandising campaigns
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock planning activities
• Identify growth opportunities and improve product performance
• Support vendor management and supplier coordination
• Prepare merchandising reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
• Ensure consistency in product presentation and brand standards
• Improve customer engagement through merchandising initiatives
• Support expansion and business development strategies

Requirements:

• Experience in merchandising, retail management, category management, or related roles
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Understanding of sales trends, inventory management, and product planning
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience in retail, wholesale, e-commerce, or distribution environments is an advantage
• Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic business environments
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, merchandising, retail, marketing, or related fields is an advantage

Pay: KD1,000.000 - KD2,200.000 per month
