We’re looking for a Senior MERN Stack Developer who thrives on building high-performing, scalable web applications. In this role, you’ll take the lead on our next-generation ecommerce platform, architecting robust solutions, optimizing performance, and mentoring a talented team of developers.

What You’ll Do

• Architect, design, and develop full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Build and scale a feature-rich ecommerce platform with secure integrations and superior user experience.
• Develop and optimize backend services with Nest.js, ensuring reliability and high performance.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to bring concepts to life.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Oversee database architecture and performance tuning in MongoDB.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and contribute to team excellence.
• Troubleshoot and optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer, preferably in the MERN stack.
• Advanced expertise in React.js (hooks, state management, performance optimization).
• Proficiency with MongoDB — including schema design, aggregation pipelines, and query optimization.
• Working knowledge of Nest.js and microservice-based backend architecture.
• Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, payment gateways, and authentication systems.
• Solid grasp of REST APIs, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience deploying on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Bonus Points

• Prior experience building or scaling ecommerce applications.
• Knowledge of TypeScript and enterprise-level system architecture.
• Proven experience in mentoring or leading development teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
