Senior MERN Stack Developer

We are urgently hiring a Senior MERN Stack Developer for our on-site office in Mumbai, Sakinaka. This is a critical and fast-moving requirement. We are looking for a candidate who has hands-on experience with the full MERN stack, has successfully delivered 15+ real-world MERN projects, and can independently manage end-to-end custom software development.

This position is ideal for developers who are experienced, responsible, deadline-driven, and can work smartly with a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities (SEO Optimized)

• Develop, build, test, and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, PosgreSQL, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.
• Lead and manage complex development modules and ensure high-quality coding standards.
• Work with project managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver projects within deadlines.
• Optimize front-end and back-end performance for scalability.
• Integrate APIs, third-party tools, payment gateways, and advanced functionalities.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Deliver clean, optimized, secure, and reusable code.
• Manage deployments on AWS, DigitalOcean, cPanel, or other cloud platforms.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and follow best development practices.

Core Technical Requirements – MERN

• Minimum 4+ years of professional MERN Stack development experience.
• Must have completed 15 or more MERN-based projects (live or production-grade).
• Strong proficiency with React.js, Redux, Hooks, Functional Components, and UI libraries.
• Expertise in Node.js and Express.js for backend logic and API development.
• Deep understanding of MongoDB, Postgres schema design, aggregation, indexing, and performance.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and JSON-based integrations.
• Strong command over JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with JWT, OAuth, and authentication/authorization flows.
