Senior MERN Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer to lead development initiatives, architect scalable solutions, and deliver high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across the MERN stack, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Lead end-to-end project development: planning, architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and optimization.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and microservices.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement front-end interfaces.
• Manage Git-based workflows, code reviews, and version control.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Work closely with product and project managers to meet deadlines.
• Oversee deployment processes (AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean, or similar).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional experience with MERN stack.
• Strong command over React.js (Hooks, Context, Redux, Next.js optional).
• Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and backend architecture.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB (aggregation, indexing, performance tuning).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, WebSockets, JWT, OAuth, and authentication flows.
• Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.)—preferred.
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and basic DevOps—plus point.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with ReactNative.
• Knowledge of GraphQL.
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience integrating payment gateways, third-party APIs, or real-time databases.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant field (preferred but not mandatory if skills are strong).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs200,000.00 per month
