About the Role

Skymium is seeking a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to join our team in Lahore. We are looking for more than just a media buyer; we need a growth strategist who understands the psychology behind a click.

If you have a proven track record of scaling E-commerce brands and generating high-quality leads—and you understand that creative is the new targeting—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: End-to-end management of Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for both E-commerce (Conversions/Sales) and Lead Generation objectives.
  • Creative Strategy: You will not just run ads; you will dictate what the ads look like. You must be able to brief designers/editors on winning creatives (UGC, static, short-form video) based on performance data.
  • Copywriting: Write compelling ad copy, headlines, and hooks that stop the scroll and convert cold traffic.
  • Optimization & Scaling: Monitor daily performance (ROAS, CPA, CTR) and aggressively optimize campaigns. Scale winning ad sets while maintaining profitability.
  • Testing: Conduct continuous A/B testing on audiences, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Reporting: Provide clear weekly/monthly reports on KPI performance and actionable next steps.

Requirements (Must Haves)

  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads budgets.
  • E-commerce & Lead Gen: You must have solid proof of managing successful campaigns for both direct-to-consumer (D2C) products and lead generation.
  • Creative Eye: Deep understanding of what kind of creative works in 2024/2025. You know the difference between a "pretty" image and a "high-converting" ad.
  • Copywriting Skills: Strong ability to write persuasive ad copy tailored to different stages of the funnel.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, CAPI, Pixel setup, and custom audiences.
  • Data-Driven: Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and ability to interpret data to make logical decisions.
