Senior META & Google Ads Manager

Job Title: Senior Paid Ads Manager - Performance Marketing (Meta & Google Ads)

What You’ll Do:

• Must have past marketing agency work experience handling multiple Paid Ads clients from different industries (20 to 25 clients)
• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (PPC)
• Lead a team of junior paid ads analysts
• Handle paid campaigns for Lead generation & E-Commerce clients daily
• Optimize ad creatives, copies, budgets, and bidding strategies
• Implement and manage Meta Pixel and conversion tracking (META & Google)
• Advanced Experience with Google Analytics tracking, Google Tag Manager tracking, Google Search Console, META Business Suite
• Experience in client communication, onboarding new clients, and attending and leading client retention meetings and upsell and cross-sell them
• Prepare performance reports monthly and share insights with clients/internal teams
• Coordinate with design, editing teams internally
• Experience with Canva for creating meta ad creatives & images
• Proficient with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot) and setting up automations and workflows.
• Bring in AI automation ideas, and recommed new AI tools and software and implement them daily on the campaigns
• Have excellent english communcaition skills (able to write clear and advanced emails to clients directly)
