About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, mature, and proactive individual to support our management and lead MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) related requirements. This dual-role opportunity is ideal for someone with a hospitality mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage high-profile clients and international vendors

Key Responsibilities

* Provide executive-level support with discretion and efficiency

* Lead MICE project planning, execution, and vendor coordination

* Conduct market research and develop creative proposals

* Liaise with international suppliers and clients professionally

* Organize, delegate, and monitor team tasks and deliverables

* Handle corporate accounts and HNI clients with finesse

* Take responsibility on handling the area of assigned job roles

* Sales conversions and consulting efforts with strategic input

* Must have own visa

* Mature, hardworking, and self-driven

* Smart, active, and solution-oriented

* Hospitality background is a strong advantage

* 5 years of min work experience is must

* Excellent research and communication skills

* Proven ability to manage complex logistics and client expectations

* Strong sales and consulting acumen
